Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer with experience in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, client requirements, and company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Development: Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, and other Salesforce technologies.
- Technical Solutions: Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform and products.
- Integration: Integrate Salesforce with other systems and applications using APIs and web services.
- Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders, analysts, and other developers to ensure the successful implementation of solutions that meet business needs.
- Code Quality: Ensure the quality and reliability of code by conducting thorough testing and following best practices for development and deployment.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of the developed solutions, including design documents, technical specifications, and user guides.
- Support: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Salesforce applications, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements as needed.
- Training: Mentor and train junior developers and other team members on Salesforce development best practices and new technologies.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 6+ years of experience in Salesforce development, with a strong focus on Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex.
- Certifications: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (required), Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II (preferred).
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex development.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform features, including security, performance, and data management.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Knowledge of Salesforce declarative tools such as Process Builder, Flow, and Workflow Rules.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD processes.

Preferred Qualifications:
